There are various class options and times available, including mixed classes for siblings.

The idea for the classes came from previous experience and success with classes such as this.  The classes offered are to allow the opportunity for working parents as well as stay-at-home parents the ability for their children to attend.  This is possible by offering sibling classes, mixed ability classes, extra needs classes, age-related classes and intensive conditioning classes.

 

The costs are kept low to enable the possiblity for more children to become physically active, in a society that is very much technology oriented. Our children need to have the option to be able to attend physically active sports activities, without being out of reach of the average family, but still being fun to keep the child's interest alive. 

 

Class numbers are kept low to allow more 1:1 input from the coaches, so the student may feel more confident in the activity they are learning.
